FOUNDING CO:WORKER
Heidi McCulloch
Heidi is the FOUNDING CO:WORKER of CO:WORK and the Principal of H MCCULLOCH SOLUTION DESIGN.
With CO:WORK, Heidi is shaping a space where a dynamic, creative, passionate and responsible community of people can come to feel that their imagination is fuelled and inspiration abounds. As part of this community, CO:WORK will be the workspace for H MCCULLOCH SOLUTION DESIGN and the launch space for additional H MCCULLOCH projects.
With H MCCULLOCH SOLUTION DESIGN, Heidi works with clients to address broad business issues, helping them rethink paradigms of behavior in their markets and facilitating new understanding of their users and the broader consumer populace. In the process of SOLUTION DESIGN, the principles of design thinking, systems thinking, human-centredness and collaboration serve as pillars to solution finding and innovation. In her current practice, she leverages almost twenty years of professional experience providing strategic planning services to Canada’s largest corporations.
An entrepreneur at heart, Heidi’s past experiences include the transformation of a 10-room boutique Inn in downtown Old Oakville and independent work as a qualitative researcher. Also a champion of education, she is a sessional instructor in the Faculty of Design at OCAD University, as well as a student of the Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, also at OCAD University.

CO:WORK COMMUNITY MANAGER
Katie Felton
Katie is the Workspace CO:ORDINATOR at CO:WORK. She holds a BDes in Environmental Design and Sustainability from OCAD University.
Her studies were for a large part creatively driven, consisting of an aesthetic approach to designing space [buildings and interiors] and foundations in construction technologies and sustainability.
Since her graduation, she has been working freelance in the realm of design and digital marketing, both independently, and as a liaison to clients.
